Binding compliance principles are an integral part of our corporate culture and apply to all employees of the Grupo Gesthispania companies.

 

Throughout our long history, our goal has always been to manage the company with integrity, comply with applicable laws, and live up to our responsibilities toward our employees, society, and the environment.

Our managers support employees as colleagues and are the first point of contact whenever an employee feels that they or their business partners have acted inappropriately.

 

Departments with greater legal obligations (such as Human Resources, Business Development, or Administration and Finance) receive appropriate training and regularly verify that processes are carried out properly and that laws and regulations are complied with. Our business processes are designed to be transparent and are integrated into certified quality and risk management systems.

We adhere to our sustainability guidelines, ensuring not only compliance with legal requirements but also engaging in social issues as a core part of our identity. We also require our suppliers to follow sustainability standards, and we take these criteria into account when selecting and developing suppliers.

COMPLIANCE COMMITTEE

For us, the Code of Ethics is both a management issue and a team effort. Whistleblower protection is our top priority, ensuring that anyone who reports a concern does not fear retaliation—regardless of whether the suspicion proves to be true or not. This applies to employees, clients, and business partners alike.

 

Our Compliance and Crime Prevention Committee is available to address any questions or suggestions you may have regarding compliance, or to report any breach of this policy.
